Used to be able to log in to skate.reel just fine, now no luck. Not my browser - tried pc and mac, using firefox and ie, and then opera, camino and safari on my mac too to be sure. I just bought skate for the xbox 360, was really looking forward to having some clips on PC.. but I also am having this login loop issue. I login and everywhere on the site it says I'm logged in except when I goto the skate reel. Then When I try to login through the links for finding your video or photo it asks me to login, I try but it just seems to refresh the page.. keeping me on the login page.

Same for me. My gamertag is linked but I get an infinate log in loop.

I can log into every other part of EA just not the Skate page.

It is frusterating since after you beat the game, being involved in the community ala Skate Reel is the main reason to play.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon becuase Skate has become my favorite game and I'd like to be able to experience all it has to offer.

Xbox 360 user. When trying to log into Skate.reel I either get an infinite log in loop or it tells me I need to link my gamertag, which I've already done.

This is really bizarre. I linked my persona, but every time I clear cookies and cache and then log back in, it asks me to select a default persona. When I pick my 360 GT: JDawgUnited, it just drops me right back to the skate.reel main page not logged in. Then I have to clear cookies and cache again or I'll get stuck in a login loop. I really have no idea what's going on.

I noticed it no longer says "beta" but I'm still stuck in an infinite log in loop.

I've tried Firefox and IE to no avail.

I am so very disappointed in the lack of effort on EA's part. One of two things are happening. Either nobody has even noticed, nor do they care, or bureaucracy in the company is not allowing money to be spent on this issue as the game has already come and gone.


I'm not going to be the guy that says I'll never buy another EA game again, but I will think long and hard before purchasing another EA game.

I agree with you dropk1ck. EA is really screwing up big time. The game is fantastic but I want to enjoy the community aspect of it as well and I am very dissapointed. Took me a week to get my ps3 id linked and its still giving me trobule every now and then.

For those of you who have their ps3 ids linked try this for skate.reel. Go to the main page www.skate.ea.com. Log in and it will take you back to the main page. Sometimes your persona will show at the top right, sometimes it wont. If it doesn't, ignore it and click the skate reel link. If all goes well when you get there your persona should show and you will be able to view your videos.

My persona (BarryEgan) *is* linked but I can't login to the site. Either I get a bad redirect or I get a "your persona isn't linked" message, but they're all bogus -- the main point is that after I log in I still get the "LOG IN" button up on the top of the page, even though on other EA pages I get my correct persona name.

Please help. EA support has been mind-numbingly ineffective.
