If you are having issues linking your Gamertag/PSN to your EA Account or logging into the Skate.Reel web site please try these steps:

1. Go to www.ea.com and login using the same e-mail address that is associated with your Gamertag/PSN.
2. Once you have logged in your e-mail address will be displayed in the upper right-hand portion of the EA.com web page. Click your email address to open a drop down menu.
3. Choose the ?My Account? option from the drop down menu.
4. Click on the ?Personas? hyperlink located on the left hand side of the screen.
5. Select the ?Link an Existing Persona? option.
6. Use the drop-down menu to select ?Xbox Gamertag/PSN? and enter the name of the Gamertag/PSN you wish to link. A validation email will be sent to your email address. If you receive a message at this point telling you ?That Gamertag/PSN is already linked to an EA Classic account. To claim this Gamertag/PSN for your current EA Account, select 'EA Classic Screen Name' below, and provide the appropriate screen name and password? then please see the instructions below on how to link an EA Classic Screen Name.
7. The email sent to you will contain a hyperlink that you will need to click to associate your Gamertag/PSN with your EA account.
8. Once you have clicked the hyperlink you should able to login at www.ea.com/skate/skatereel.jsp using your e-mail address and password in order to view any videos you?ve uploaded.

If you are experiencing difficulties when trying to login to the Skate Reel site then please try logging out, clearing your cookies, refreshing the page, and then logging back in.

If you do not receive the e-mail after 24 hours or if you receive any type of error message once you enter your Persona you?ll need to contact customer support for additional assistance. You can contact them by going to our support site and clicking on the Contact Us tab: http://support.ea.com.

Please include the Gamertag/PSN and email address that should be associated with your account and make sure to list that you have having issues logging into the Skate website.


Instructions on linking your EA account to an EA Classic Screen Name.

If you have received the message ?That Gamertag/PSN is already linked to an EA Classic account. To claim this Gamertag/PSN for your current EA Account, select 'EA Classic Screen Name' below, and provide the appropriate screen name and password? then you?ll need to enter the EA account name that you?ve previously linked up your Gamertag/PSN to. If you cannot recall that account name then you can try to retrieve it by going to http://www.ea.com/nation.jsp and taking the following steps;

1. Click on the words ?Get into the EA Nation? located in the upper right-hand portion of the screen.
2. Select the ?Log In? option.
3. Click on the ?Forgot your member name?? hyperlink.
4. Enter the e-mail address to which your Gamertag/PSN was originally registered.

This should generate a list of all accounts registered to that e-mail address. If you?ve created multiple accounts in the past using the same e-mail address then you will receive each of those account names. You can link any or all of those accounts to your new EA account. If you no longer have access to this e-mail address or if this still does not resolve your issue and link up your Gamertag/PSN then you?ll need to contact customer support for additional assistance. You can contact them by going to our support site and clicking on the Contact Us tab:

Please include the Gamertag/PSN and email address that should be associated with your account. Please make sure to list that you have having issues logging into the Skate website.

I also never received an email, my PSN name is Lordkanchi. I was wondering, when I check my spot scores in-game against online scores, the name that comes up is my user account, not my PSN name, so does that make a difference? My User name is Gonzo, in case that helps. Thanks.

i have a totally different problem then everyone else. i can actually get into my skate.reel profile [almost] every time i try, but when i get there, my 3 videos that ive uploaded aren't there under the videos tab.

i can't link my psn to my ea account either. all i ever get it the "system error. please try again later" message. also tried contacting ea's support, but still haven't recieved any reply and it's been over 24 hours.

my name is already linked. but when i hit the skate.reel it logs me out and when i try to log in to view my videos the screen keeps looping. it does it when i hit view my profile as well.
