I'm getting the, "Your Gamer Profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature," whenever I try to access anything online for NHL 12. I've read up on it quite a bit and it looks as though to be a problem with the communications and the privacy settings. Unfortunately I already fixed that and set everything to everyone. I've never had a problem like this before. If anyone knows how to fix it it would be greatly appreciated.
Why do you keep hiding things and not helping anyone? I'm having this issue also? is it because I'm not on xbox live gold? or my EA online pass didn't work for some reason? I can't even update rosters...
If you are having issues with your online pass please perform the following steps:
Clear your system cache/game data following the instructions listed in the links below.

Once you have done this you will need to try and download your Online Pass again.

After trying both of these steps, if you cannot get your Online Pass functioning you will need to contact our support team. You can contact them by going to http://support.ea.com and clicking on "Contact us".
