I cant find any support from EA, no email no nothing.
I need to ask how i can play my Bulletstorm because it wont even let me install it anymore. There are so many problem with that game

Ea support is now Origin Support I guess, and they do have a live chat. Visit help.origin.com and there is a chat button on the right. Good luck finding someone to talk to though... Every single time I tried to log in to chat it was unavailible..

Why they cant just put that address to the frontpage?

This is third time when i download that stupid game.
First after intalling it, Microsoft Game Live system wanted to check release date, didnt work, it said "files are corrupted, download it again". I downloaded, still the same error. I tried to use that zdp.exe and it did work, release date was ok and game started.
Next time when i launced Origin, it did said that i need to download and install that game?!! AGAIN?! It was already installed, but still it started to download it. It takes 2 days to download it.
After it was downloaded it said 'ready to install', so i clicked that install game button. But nothing happend, it did said that installing game... and then it said 'ready to install'. So it wont even install it anymore!!
And i cant find that support email!!
This is so lame

i was just on playing ultimate team on fifa 12 for Ps3 and i beat a guy called xPhilx10 and he said that he can do a duplicate glitch and i dont know why i believed him but i just did and he stole my team i dont know if you can do anything but if you would please send me new players he stole Mata, Gervinho, Lichy, Sagna, Ivanovic Wilshere, Ballotelli, Shay given, Parker, Mireles, Kolarov and G.cahill

Never, ever, ever share your login information with anyone else. What you describe is a classic example of why.

Beyond that, even if the guy was being honest, gamesharing and the like is wrong and illegal. That's why EA and the rest of the game industry put in so many checks that end frustrating us honest players!

If you haven't already, you really need to change your password.

If you keep any credit card information under your account, you should also contact your credit card company and let them know it may have been compomised. I'd also check all recent charges, particularly stemming from your gaming account. That guy could've have downloaded hundreds of dollars worth of stuff to his console, using your account, and charging it to your credit card.
