Skate 3 Filmer Pack?

I know no one comes here, but I recently bought this game for Xbox after having it for a long time on PS3 and there is no Filmer pack on the XBL marketplace... Does anyone know where to download it?

well if you hit start go to the menu and you have to be logged into Xbox live hit the "X" button and it will bring up the list for downloadable content I recently downloaded the filmier pack and it won't give me the option to upload to YouTube which is the only reason I bought it!!
