Need for Speed Racing Games

This thread has been created to give the Need for Speed community a central place to report Xbox 360 issues they experience while playing the Need for Speed The Run. A couple of rules though:

1. Before you post a bug please read through this thread to see if your bug has already been reported
2. This thread is for bug reporting not subjective feedback. If you wish to voice your opinion on the NFS The Run demo then you can do so in the Official NFS The Run Impressions & Feedback (http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/7730070.page)
3. Please give as much information as possible when you report your bugs. Saying "I crashed in the race" doesn't give us much to work off of. Give as much specific information as possible and provide your gamertag name if you're willing to
4. As much as we'd like to we're not going to be able to respond to every single bug report. Don't worry though because we will be reviewing every bug you submit
5. Any violations of the forum Terms of Service (http://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/) or Code of Conduct (http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/6239829.page) will be removed

Also note that once this thread gets too long the moderation team will lock it and create a new thread for you to report issue in.

and EA don't work on that !!!

the brake and accelerate don(t work !!

i have a xbox paddle with all update !!!

it's a joke from EA to make more money with the run 2 the next year ...

My autolog is messing up. It doesn't say my friends gamertags. It just says your friend. In The Run my gamertag is the only one that shows up and I'm leading stage 3 but haven't unlocked the King for a Day achievement.

I have noticed sitting in the lobby I can't view others gamercards.
Also had a race that started and all I saw was a backdrop and could see the HUD, throttle worked from what I could tell (judging by speedo). Rode it out for the next race but it froze the Xbox. Reset Xbox and played again for a while no other major issues that I have found so far.

my problem is when i use my xbox controller i cannot use the brake and accelerate because they activite same time

but as keyboard works perfect .... but i really want to play it on my xbox controller


i figure only way to play on xbox controller that i must remove all USB so it work perectly !! which is really sucks

My game locked up on several occasions. The first time was during campaign mode while it was saving after the downhill, hairpin level. It saved, but that level was rough and I was afraid I was going to play again. I had completed the level and when it was saving my progress, the screen froze.

The second time was when I had just completed a multiplayer playlist. I was exiting out of the game and it removed the foreground text and information screens and just left some strange layers of the background. If it matters, I was playing the Midwest farming playlist.

somebody should take a look to the challenges, in special to that with opponents. the AI drivers are faster than the times for medals. several times i finish a challenge race with a time that is a gold or platin medal ... but i don't get the medal because i wasn't the first and the ridiculous rubber band AI drivers are faster than a spaceshuttle.

the rubber band AI is the greatest s*h*i*t ever ...

I actually found a graphical bug....... if you install the track pack body kit on the Lotus Elise, if you look at the front bumper the bumper will look as if it as a hologram instead of a solid color. In English, the bumper is merging with the ground. It might also be my TV, as it is 480p and I'm using an Xbox that is clearly designed for HDTV's.

I've noticed that after a reset during cop chases, sometimes civilian and cop cars will be flying through the air as if hurled by a rather large catapult...

I can't seem to use the Skyline R32 for a lot of the races. When I select the track, and then the car, the game freezes and hangs on a black screen.

My disk is pristine and the game is installed to the hard drive.

did you use a specific Colour? With a specific Body kit? And which Event did you select?

The game locks up between racing and during racing online. Also one of the events in the plains (I'll update with track name later) the map doesn't load quickly and players might get stuck in road. Also the Enter San Fran race the ending finish screen the road and buliding dissappears leaving just Earth.

Not really a bug, just something that really irks me, because it hasn't been an issue in the past few "street racing" NFS titles... The civilian cars will NOT use turn signals... They seem to try to go out of their way to cut in front of me. This used to be kind of fun to avoid when you could see the turn signals ahead of time, but it's a major PITA in this game.

I race the first event in stage 7 (going from WI to Chicago)was not happy with my time, so I
decided to retry it. I ended up not finishing, quit the race & shut down my 360. Tonight I continued
The Run which started me in the next event. After finishing that stage I was first on the speedwall
by a wide margin. Looks like it let me advance throught the stage without recording my time from
the first event.
