getting xp for OWC ?

Is fighting the only way to get xp for a boxer in OWC besides buying it? Training etc? It seems that if boxing is your way to get xp then your record is going to suck by the time you get your boxers boost up. Hapa90 mentioned sparring but how can you spar if you don't have anyone you know playing this?

i think winning gives you more , i have 25 lost and i have not got much

Join a gym and spar with people. Let each other knock each other out and repeat. I think you get 350 each time and it doesn't count towards your record.
