EA,
I have absolutely changed NOTHING to my Asus TF101, since I have installed the game in March and then, updated to last version 1.2.3, the 6 of April. Moreover, I AM STILL PLAYING the "Sims Freeplay" actually and with this last 1.2.3 version IT RUN BETTER than before !!! I have even participated yesterday to your "Sims without shoes" event and received my virtual gift this morning. But since a few days, this game does not appear anymore on my Android market application and when I look into my application list, it say now that this application is not anymore compatible with my device ?!?!?
I don't understand that you, Electronic Art, in a first step support the Asus Transformer for this product and then, shortly after issuing the last update, you suddendly change your mind and decide to abandon this device, without a single word anywhere to explain the reason, almost appologize and say if this will be only temporary of not.
Yes, there are some problems with this game on the Asus Transformer. But they are only minor and can be avoided easily (almost in my case). Removing compatibility is, to my view, terribly wrong, because it potentially forbid to users who started to use this games on this device, to continue with it.
OK your game is free to install, but everthing is made in the game to push you to spend real money. Now imagine someone who spend already some real money and who see now, that maybe he won't be able to further update to future game update or if he need to re-install, he won't be able to do it ! I bet this guy won't be happy with EA !!!
To avoid this is really simple: just let the choice to the user to decide if he want to continue, despite the problems the game has on his device.
So, in this context, please answer now the following questions:
1) Why did you removed Asus Transformer compatibility for this games ?
2) Is this only temporary ? Will next update be again compatible ?
3) Are-you going to refund Asus user's who spend real money for this game ?

I am an owner of an asus transformer and is very dissapointed as well. EA please reconsider and create a new update offering for asus transformer T101.

I am also an Asus Transformer user AND I am one of those players who did spend real money.... I have posted both in the forums for reporting bug issues and submitted a claim to them only to receive no reply.
I had no issues with the game on my Transformer until the update that took it away. The update stopped letting me play. I was no longer able to get into the game.
EA needs to address this for their consumers!

What about all the money we spent? Will that be refunded or adjusted?
I still have yet to hear from ANYONE at EA.

I just got the ASUS Transformer Infinity TF700 and was surprised to see that it is not supported.
Will it be supported in the near future for Sims Freeplay?
