A couple of weeks ago my husband bought me a copy of "The Sims Medieval". After playing with for a while I've been trying to get my copy registered.
However, whenever I enter my serial I get feedback saying this serial has already been registered, which should be impossible since we bought it straight out of a shop. (brand new)
Could anyone tell me what to do, or how to get in touch with EA to get this matter resolved.
Thank you

In the little booklet which comes with the game you can find the address/phone number/email for getting in touch with EA. On your computer, it should also have installed a readme file which has that information (in My Documents).
