I've played five games and in my game archive it clearly shows 3 games won, 2 games lost; yet in my profile it shows 2 losses, 3 wins. Weird.

umm your description of the win/loss counts above state the same results in both places- typo maybe?

yes sorry, I'm a dumba**. It should read:

My archived games: 3 wins , 2 losses
My win loss: 2 wins, 3 losses

darn, I was hoping wins and losses were just listed in different orders on the two screens and you misread.
Just to let you know, the EA people likely will not be in here until after the weekend, to help you.

Things to remember:

- There are 2 different networks used in Scrabble: EA Origin and Facebook. Both networks have their own statistics and they can't be linked together at the moment.

- On SCRABBLE for iPhone (Full), you also have the offline statistics (Single Player).

Can you be more precise on which stats you are referring? This will help us on resolving your issue.

It was on Facebook that I am referring to. If I go into the stats section it says I'm 5-4 , 5 wins , 4 losses. If I go into the briefcase of archived games it states otherwise. It's not a big deal, I just thought you'd know that there is a discrepancy with totals between actual archived games and the ratio of win loss in the rating system for the player.

If you forfeit/forced to forfeit the game will not be shown in the Archived folder. Do you remember having forfeit/force to forfeit a game?

Or the reason could be because the Scrabble stats are updated only once a day.

Did not forfeit any, or receive any forfeited games. It did span over a few days, so not so much for the once a day idea. Anyway, all good. I think it may be because I'm playing on three different mediums: iphone, galaxy tablet, and PC.

I don't think that would explain it. All that data (for stats and archived games) should be stored on servers and not on any client.

It could be connected to the on-going archive glitch, but I don't see how if you're seeing all the games with their proper results.
