I have yet to see an event with 15,000 riders let alone an event with 50,000 riders. Those numbers should be dropped to more plausible numbers for the people who collect trophies. Because without those two badges the "Obtain all global event badges" gold trophy is unobtainable. Trophy's should be a reflection of the players ability not up to dumb luck of how many copies of the game sold and getting all those people online at the same time...

Fully support the above post. Annoyingly I actually participated in the original event that broke the 50k mark, only to realise you have to compete post 50k riders to actually earn the badge....

It needs to be lowered considerably. It's nearly impossible to earn 5 weeks after release, how exactly are new players 2,3,4 months down the line supposed to attain it?

Looking at the numbers now of people online playing global events (on the ps3) the bronze should be dropped to 500 for bronze 1,000 or 5,000 for silver and 10,000 for gold badges. I believe that is a reasonable and actually achievable amount.

Came here to say this, there simply aren't enough people to make it happen anymore. I'm looking at 100% completing SSX, this might prevent me from that though.

I completely agree. I spent alot of time playing with the intention of getting platinum, only to realize that one of the badges is impossible.. Love the game, but they really need to do something about this.

As of right now there is a global event with over 50,000 riders only 2 days 23 hrs left to get the bandwagon badge. Don't let this chance pass you by! Also if you played in the event BEFORE it reached the 50,000 mark you need to REPLAY the event again AFTER it reaches 50,000 to get the badge.

I got this game two days ago, and I had no problem at all achieving those badges. Just go on the Alps, or Mount Wakefield in New Zealand. Easy! The prize pot in the alps is 5.2 million so far, and for a gold bracket you get over 450k!!!

Ive had the game for 2 months now and am only recently seeing games going over 50,000 i suspect its because of the dlc being released. This will prolly only last for about a month tops and it will be back to the way it was. You got the game two days ago and got the badge well good for you, some people didn't buy the game at the most opportune moment unfortunatly, and will never be able to platinum the game.
