can't link gamertag to origin to get on battlelog  XML

trying to link x VaultBoy x gamertag to origin so i can get on battlelog to join my platoon, but every thing i've tryed doesn't work. i don't know what the problem is. i need a tech to help me link it

ive tryed all that. i think ive linked through an ea game previously but its an email that i cant access. its a yahoo one that we've had problems with before and i think its deleted now. because of this i cant link my gamertag to this ea/origin name.

You need to unlink your gametag and then link new one.
If you forgot your previously account, please visit http://support.ea.com and select `Email Us'. Be sure to include the following information in your petition.

Gamertag/PSN ID
Email for EA account
Email for Gamertag/PSN ID account
Birthdate associated with Gamertag/PSN ID account
EA_OriginSupport

there is no support.ea.com. its a redirect to ea home page. i did find a page that has a 'contact us' link, but that goes to a page that has the contact methods greyed out NOT selectable. how am i supposed to send an email for a fix if there is no email link???
