We don't sell mypods part one

The quest for Lisa: we don't sell my pods part one has shown up in my task list but when I click on Lisa and try to complete the quest, playing the sax is locked and it says requires quest. What do I need to do to unlock it?

For lisa to do the task "We don't sell mypods part one" she need to play the sax 3 times.. but that is locked and asks for some quest, now if the quest is to build the king's toot then it requires level 17 and the quest "We don't sell mypods part two", so if this is the thing then it is a kind of dead lock... Please rectify this error...
