Simcity 4 Deluxe help!!!

I got Simcity Box a few months ago, installed 4 deluxe right away. It downloads, when I turn it on, it says this. "Please insert the Play Disk." The dude at Target told me that disk 1 is the Play Disk. I use a 64 bit Windows 7 yet all the NFS games I have, from Underground 1 work. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have been playing SimCity4 Deluxe today, have just check and my play disc appears to be disc 2 ( Yellow ) you could give that a try for nothing..

Yes I've tried on 2 pc, with both disks

UPDATE! Trying again today and w/ administrator. After about thirty attempts, nothing works

I downloaded a disc image off of Thepiratebay.org a .dmg file cause i ran into the same problem, I also play on a mac so i needed to download a special patch from asyper to get my game working.

Have u tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
