Please help. I added a new Sim but it doesn't register on Simtracker. Each time I enter the house I need to add another Sim. 32 now. Can't progress in game - 11 official Sims and Level 21. Next goal needs 12 Sims, none of these 32 register. I tried deleting everything in the house plot (furniture, floors, etc), doesn't work. Tried rebooting iPad, tried uninstalling, reinstalling but when I downloaded my Cloud data the problem was the same. Can't invite any of the 32 out as none of my regular Sims can get into the house (too crowded). Been trying to starve the 32 to death, nobody's died yet. Can delete, but each time I re-enter I have to create a new Sim, so still ends up with 32 in there.

Sorry to hear that you got stuck with this issue - we have a fix incoming, so after the next update you should simply need to add one more sim to that house. Once you have done that, all of the previously added ones (to that house, not all your other sims in the game) will be removed and you won't be asked to add another to that house.

Oh thanks! So glad to hear that a fix is coming! It's really turned into a house of horror in there!

I just finished building the sim cinema and I went in and created my sim like we always have to do for each house or whatever we build. Well I went out of there and went to one of my other sims houses and the sim I created is not on my list of sims. So I went back into the cinema room and it made me make another sim. Over the past 3 days it has been doing this now. I have over 11 sims in there and none of them are counting towards my sim count and I can't get them to interact with any of my other sims. I spent all the money on the cinema because I bought the LP's to get it and now it is totally messed up. Is there any way to fix it? I have turned my phone off and let it sit then turned it back on and tried so many different things and it is still doing the same thing over and over again everytime with having to aff a new sim. It is kind of driving me crazy now. PLEASE HELP!!!

Oh I have an iPhone also if that makes any difference since it can be on iPads too.

I had the same issue with one building and when i reached the next 'add a sim level' the house finished building and all 6 sims i had created appeared on my sims list - i now have 21 in total
The next house i tried to build has exactly the same issue again but hasnt built at next 'add a sim level'.
And it wont let me delete any existing sims or any of the new ones.
Have asked 'Support' on website but was told it would be 2 weeks til they got back to me - that was a month ago and I've still got no reply.

Hey guys,

This issue has been fixed, and that fix will be rolled out in our next update (eta: one week). Once you have the new update, you will need to add one more sim to the affected house, which will become the resident Sim there - all the Sims added to it previously will be removed and you'll be able to get back to business as usual.

Cheers.

Many of you running version 2.0.1, the Easter Update, have reported that you are suffering from a problem where you are prompted to add a new Sim to a House each time you try to access it.

This bug has been identified and fixed locally, and will be deployed with our next update. As of writing this, that update is with Apple and we expect it to go live in about a week.

Once you have this update, you will be required to add one last Sim to the problem house - after that, all the sims that you had to add to the house previously will be removed and you will be free to play again as normal.

Apologies for any trouble caused by this.

Thanks both for the reply. I have leveled up and got where it says to add the next sim at the next level but still nothing. I have like 30 sims in there now and I am just about ready to give up on going into that cinema anymore. Then I built the Sanctuary thinking maybe that would work and of course it didn't...lol. So I uploaded my info then deleted the game shut my phone off for a few minutes got back on redownloaded the app and then went and downloaded my info from the past game b/c of having bought so many life points. But everything is still the same. So I cannot wait for the update then. Will be watching like a hawk for it b/c this is driving me nuts...lol. Thanks again I really appreciate the replies!

Okay, the first fix went through a few days ago, but now I have the same problem with another new house. Previous house I had problems with now has 13 residents that are recognized as citizens of my town. My newest house has 5 unrecognized residents. So, will there be a proper fix? Also, would you like to see pictures?

The update should be out in a matter of days, knock on wood.

No fix has gone out yet. The next update should hit in the next few days, and that will have a fix for your multi-Sim problems.
