failing to launch the game

when i try to launch the game it keeps saying that the servers are offline!?

anyone knows what's going one and can you help me?

P.S the site says that the servers are online so i really don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Well, I can really only confirm that the servers are up.

That's a rare message to get. A screenshot could be helpful -- that would give the *exact* wording that we can search for previous solutions. Did you try both servers?
