How do we get the rest of the pro-combat unifroms for ncaa 13

We have known for a while that you get the Army, Georgia, Michigan *, Oklahoma *, and Oregon pro-combat unis by preordering from amazon, but does anybody know how we get the rest of the new pro-combats that came out?

Stanford, Boise *., LSU, Navy, and Ohio *. all had pro-combats this last year too.

I am going to assume, like we have the last couple of years. Where you play the demo and send it to a friend, then it would unlock the uni's.

Yea, pretty sure wont be included in the game unless u preorder, if its like last year tho, u can use teambuilder to recreate the team. Thats wat i did to make a boise * team with the uniforms.
