restart level and game?

ok so i had this game for a while and it did not give me any problems but recently, i have to restart my game over and over again, while my sister's town is good and her town is perfect. i have like 5 towns in 1 account. any help? xoxoxo

let me know if you find a way. I have two. My wife has 5 or so. quite annoying actually. Only upside is we both have a 'primary' and 'backup' level. only prob is that the 'backup' level seems to be the one everyone else sees.
