Ummm... very strange Roster Update. Only 2 Lineman get an Increase? Alex Boone has been playing more and more and has proven that next year he will be a starter on this team without a doubt. Anthony Davis has improved dramatically along with Snyder and Goodwin.
Boone, Davis, Goodwin, Snyder should have all gotten an increase.
Goldson should be a 86 Overall. Hes made it tothe Probowl and has been lighting everybody who crosses his face up. Hes been a ballhawk all year.
Whitner gets a decrease? He put Pierre Thomas out the game and was smacking people to the other side of the field. He took one chance going for a pick was a bit aggressive but was balling the entire game.
RayMac and Soap both deserved an upgrade, these guys are essential to our front 7 and take on multiple blockers ad have been doing it all year long. They are unsung heroes that do not get on the stat sheet but are a major part of our GREAT DEFENSE. Bruce Miller is hands down the best Fullback in the NFL right now. Donny needs to stop focusing on skilled players and watch the games and see the players who do not get the stats but do GREAT at their Jobs ala (Bruce Miller, RayMac, Soap).

A lot of players got a little bit of love from EA this week. I still think Goldson should be an 89 or 90 BECAUSE HE MADE THE PRO BOWL!!!!!!!! Also Bowman should be around 91-93 BECAUSE HE MADE THE PRO BOWL TOO!!!!! and what the hell is up with Goodwin being a 78?????? He made the PRO BOWL!!!!!!!! That means everybody in the world except for EA thinks he is one of the top centers in the league! Get it together and start showing the 9ers some respect! Alex Smith throws way too many picks on the game as well he only threw 5 all season and none against the Saints on 41 attempts, if you try to throw 41 passes in a game of Madden with him you will throw at least 5 picks. FIX IT! How in the Hell did Whitner get a decrease the touchdown saving smackdown he put on Pierre Thomas at the goalline was enough to justify a one or two point increase and EA decreases him WTF?!

I really trully hope in whatever the next football game that comes out that the ratings are trully fixed on how they should be. I do not mean fixing our team but fixing the entire rating system. I remember when Madden started to really started getting bg on PS2 rating actually ment something and players were 99's or high 90's like they are today. A good RB then had a rating of 87 Overall and he was considered a top notch back. Now you have RB's in the 90 all over the place and QB's in the 90's everywhere. Also its astonishing to see a player who has one good year get a rating of 90's and then the next year do absolutely nothing. This needs to be fixed asap because it makes the game way to user friendly instead of playing with skill. People who never played Madden before can come on the game use the Packers and beat somebody that is really good at Madden that uses the Browns. That shouldnt really be the case. It should be more about skill set than just the team being a better overall team. More players need to be rated in the 80's rather than the 90s. Aaron Rodgers should be more of a 94 while a Eli Manning should be a 86-87. Makes the game better and more realistic rather than all these 90 QB's and 90 rated players. Just my opinion though.

I don't understand Donte Whitner's decrease. He had a fantastic game minus his last missed tackle on JG. I don't even think he watched the game. He was too busy with the "Tebow All Day Pregame Show" for DEN-NE probably...

On defense how can I hot route CBs in the light blue zone to the purple zone? And on offense how can I hot route to a smart route and an extended route? This is for the xbox 360.

what do you want people to say. We were within two bone headed turnovers away from the super bowl.
we completely outplayed the giants. dislocated nicks shoulder, beat the helllll out of eli all day and at the end of the day, after stopping the giants offense twice we are at home.
What needs to be said.
No point talking about upgrades.
We all know how this works. Eli will get a massive upgrade even though at best he was mediocre, and all of the niners will get decreased.....
Whats there to discuss. we know how Donny works.

That's weird because when the ravens lost to the seahawks because of two lost fumbles on return kicks it was our team that lost and that one individual can't be blamed.
Now you know how it feels when one idiot returning kicks can't do his job properly. Difference is it lost you a trip to the superbowl.

by the way. NOT one true niner fan honestly believes that this was all on williams. The non fumble, the two should of been ints, were just as much to blame, our defense making victor cruz look like the best receiver in the history of football in the first half, not covering bear pascoe inside the 10 are all plays that could of changed the game.
Play calling, running boobie dixon twice on short yardage...
i have plenty of reasons why we didnt win.
But, in everyones mind, our kick returner failed. I dont ever put the blame on someone.
no one who ever played organized sports would.

Completely outplayed the Giants? Was u watching a different game? The reason the Niners lost, was more than Kyle Williams fumbling the football. Alex Smith was utter-trash in that game. Alex Smith scored 2 TDs to Vernon Davis off of blown coverage by the Giants...The Giants had some miscommunations back there. Alex Smith and the Niners offense was 1 for 13 on 3rd conversions....and the 1 conversion came on the last play of regulation..in other words :garbage time. Eli Manning completely outplayed Alex Smith. Did Crabtree even play? Alex Smith is nothing more than a game manager. And if it was raining and so slick...Eli would of had the accuracy to hit Cruz in stride when he was burning the 49ers defensive backs all night long.
It was a good game....but to think the Niners completely outplayed the Giants is BS. Stop Whining and take the loss like a man.

tmurda.
Alex threw the ball 26 times.
eli threw it 58 and barely broke 300 yards. He did all of his damage in the first half, should of thrown two picks, and did nothing to put his team in position to win. he was completely dominated by alex, who had ONE receiver to throw to in vernon.
I dont know who you are a fan of, but stats dont lie.
Alex, higher yards per completion and qbr.....
FACTS OVER FICTION.
