Can't create an account on Sims 3 website?  XML

I have a sims3 account, on Friday I could not log in through the launcher, it kept telling me to log in, log in, and I was logged into the site, bit can't through the launcher. I didn't really think about it until Sat when I went to the Sims3.com. My profile is now devoid of all icons as in the letter icon that tells me EA said something, the friends icon where you can accept a friend, and the gift package where it tells you if you have a gift. I can not access my blogs get opps, I can not accept friends get opps, I can not access my studio also get opps. I won't even try to buy points at this point. I contacted EA and they sent me a list of things to try. It was never about the game it is about the site.

Monday I called, after an hour I was told they where aware of the problems on the site and it would be resolved, I called them early Monday and now being Wed nothing. I have simpoints and that is real money I spent to get them, I can't buy any, I won't try, I don't even know if it will let me buy last time I got an error. When I wrote they told me to go to the forums there and let me tell you NO ONE wants to help you there because they all want to tell you what is wrong with your game, it isn't the game it is TheSims3.com site.

I never raised my voice you can ask Justin, even thanked them as the ticket is unresolved and nothing. No call no I am sorry, no nothing. I do belong to other sites where you pay for goods, when there site is broken within 24 hours it is resolved. I have a husband that is a programmer and has been for 15 years, before I even wrote we went through cleaning cache, cookies, other browsers, Windows, I am on a MAC and nada. He designs web pages as well also programs then, and knew this was an issue on your side before I ever wrote the first letter, of course he can't fix it if he could it would have been Monday.

I spent a lot of money on the site to buy things for my sims, my friends, and there is money there still I can not use because of the profile issue. I wish EA support would take a moment to understand not all of us call complaining about the game, I just wanted my profile back, would have liked a call, someone to tell me they are working on it still but nope, I am going to have to call again and go through this all over again no one gets it is isn't the game, it is the site. I called only after I got the standard list of things to try to fix the game, not a game issue

I would like to log in through my launcher no I don't have EADM, yes the game is updated, yes every browser, yes cleaned out cookies, cache, again it isn't me EA support said it is the site. Please, please, please, can someone here please fix my profile so I can use it again? So I can log in through my launcher? The Guru's on site don't even answer you and no person there can fix a site problem. Should I just ask EA to refund me the money sitting there now as the page is useless to me unless someone fixes it? It just seems to me no one cares Why is that? I cared enough to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone who was nice, got handed off to someone else that was not as nice or helpful and in the end got the brush off? I am very disappointed, EA needs to fix TheSims3.com and perhaps place a site glitches, bugs and problems thread there that someone actually reads. As for me, if I hear nothing back today, tomorrow my husband will be calling I spent money on the site, enjoy the site and want to again so please, I am asking please can you fix my profile page, allow me to log back in through my launcher, use my points, buy more, and at least act like it mattered to someone besides me?

I never used thesims2 site never registered the games but this time I did, I just want my page restored please

No I don't mean to be rude I am just totally frustrated with the lack of support for this game and this site. All I want is my profile to work again EA is that to much to ask

I'm having the same problem and it's really frustrating! Have I done something wrong, or is the site lagging? It brings me back to the sign up part over and over again, I've tried about 30 times and still no results. Anything I can do about it? PLEASE HELP..! Thanks..!

I had originally forgot my email and my password for the login, for the exchange so i clicked "i forgot my password" and when i recieved it i tried to login and it said my serial code was already used and i couldnt sign in. What do i do ?

I have a problem like the first person.. everey time I log in It takes me back to the same page! and Its really Irritating me please help.

So, i'm trying to contact these people about not being able to create and account on the sims 3 website, and it won't let me log in to be able to send a message. i don't understand because it says i'm already logged in, but when i click on "contact us" under support, it takes me to another page the tell me to log in. So after putting in my username and password about 5 or 6 time, and i know it's correct, it's tells me that it's invalid. what do i do? >

i * got my sim riht? made a twin..then one of them had a kid and died but shes all ghostly and wont go away and everybody is kinda scared and kinda not because its their mom and sister so they cry cuz shes gone...ugh what the hell am i supposed to do shes just old and see through and needs a lot of attention and i just want her to go away!! please help me.

Hi there.

Here's how to clear the browser cache:

Internet Explorer 8

1. From the Safety menu, click Delete Browsing History... .

2. Check Temporary Internet files and History, and then click Delete.

Internet Explorer 7

1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .

2. Choose the General tab.

3. Under Browsing history, click Delete... .

4. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .

5. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Firefox 3 for Windows

From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data, and then check Cache. Click Clear Private Data Now.
Safari

1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache... .

2. When prompted, click Empty to confirm that you want to empty the cache.

Firefox 3 for Mac OS X

1. In Firefox, from the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.

2. Make sure Cache is checked, and then click Clear Private Data Now.


For your Temp folder, navigate to your hard drive, then the Windows folder. You should have a Temp folder inside the Windows folder; double-click on it, then hit Ctrl-A to select all, then Delete.

I did all of that and still no luck.

I'm having this problem too. As soon as I log in, either on the website or on the launcher, it immediately logs me back out. This is really frustrating since I just installed the game on a new computer and need to download things. I tried clearing the cache, and it didn't work. Anyone have a solution?

Hi, all.

If clearing the cache and Temp files does not work, let me ask this - are you running the latest version of Java, and is Java turned on in your browser?

I keep having a problem trying to register my game to the online sims3.com website.... every time I try and create my account the whole page refreshes... I don't know how to fix this can someone help me?

I'm also having this problem. I cannot log into an old account or create a new one for my new games. I've tried logging on to my old account and creating a new one on Google Crome, and Internet Explorer 7. This is very frustrating. Can someone please help me.
