1. In replays I want to see the punch that caused the cut and the blood start to flow.
2. Endless variations of knockdowns (on their butt, through the ropes, wobbly legs before fall, out cold, etc).
3. Definately needs a story driven career mode (a realistic one with alot of cutscenes and a tonne of options to decide how your career plays out).
4. Remove between round points system and just rely on cutmen you've hired.
5. A magazine that gives info on other fights, fights fans want to see, callouts, who's on the rise and who's fading, etc.
6. Popularity/Fame level should be harder to fill. Level of opponent, a fight that fans want to see, type of win or loss (ko,tko,ud,sd), etc should determine how much it rises or falls.

Two things I'd like are:
* Show yours and your opponents before and after stats once the fight is over
* Charge 20 points to see your opponents health etc.. when in the corner game.

xbox.Bobby Starsky wrote:Can't read the wishlist as I don't have MSWord :'(
But my wishlist is:
1: Each Fighter should have 2 different attires or looks, e.g. Pacquiao with red shorts or white shorts, or Forman with young & old versions...
2: There should be an option to throw in the towel, which counts as a TKO for the opponent, it's just a better way of ending a fight you think you can't win, rather than having to get DQd or quitting the game & have your dnf go up...
3. Take Reignmaka's slider settings (360) & have the game be more like that, no chances for spamming, spin block is useless, you really have to fight smart, it's the only way I play the CPU now, I'd suggest to make it the settings for online play now, but Spammers would * & moan about it...
4. Have ranked/unranked be like FNR3, you pick the weightclass you wanna play in, & have only the boxers from that weightclass be selectable, that & have each fighter have a version in the weightclasses they were in, many times I fought as Pacquiao & my opponents picked Hearns or Hagler, it's boring...
5. Definitly more hairstyles, & a way to edit the shape of the top of the head (Round head, Square head...)
6. Reyes Gloves
7. Pacquiao as the cover man, I don't see who else could be on the cover...
8. Take out the training games, just scrap any kind of training games, I found it really tedious... Just have it so when you're playing career, you just select what you wanna train - Speed, Power or Stamina, or something similar to that... *Cough* UFC *Cough* is a perfect example of that, this way, I think you'd have much more space on the disc for more boxers, arenas, CAB stuff or whatever else could improve the in game mechanics...
9. Michael Buffer, nuff said there, although it wud b a $$$ problem
10. More realistic camera angles during intros & between rounds, as well as a number of different anims you can choose for your boxer when he comes out e.g. Smiling & waving to the crowd, walking or light jogging to the ring etc...
11. Have Williams as a last name, you have Williamson but not Williams?..
12. OWC should have 3 belts in each weight division, & it should be every weight division, or at least 6, considering only 1 CAB is usable in OWC, other than having a much bigger leaderboard I don't see how that could be a problem, just have an achievement for winning 1 belt only, not all the belts...
13. Better KD anims, such as a flash KO, the boxer shouldn't lie motionless on the floor, he should look like he got hit with a good shot, but not a shot that ended the fight, such as Hatton getting knocked down the 1st time against Pacquiao...
14. Advertisements & Logos on boxer's shorts, even if the companies are fake, that or customizable logos you can put on any of your attire, just keep it limited such as having a certain size & only 3 - 4 colours max...
15. Different styles of robes, it's a shame FNR4 doesn't have LaMotta's leopard design robe, or Pacquiao's Filipino traingular robe, would just add to the customization...
16. Have different commentary packs like Fifa, although that would cost $...
17. A more eclectic soundtrack, I found this year's to be the worst, with that annoying lil kid "talk about being a beatle" rubbish & lady sovereign... & try get the songs boxers come out to, or a way to upload songs with your cab, but again, $...
A few of my suggestions would have to do with budget, but the gameplay ones don't... but if I had to say, the most important for me is the training games, take those out, & you have more disc space to use for things that are more important..
Don't say that again FN has a cover boy curse too
FN 04- Roy Jones Jr. was KO'D Brutally by Tarver and Johnson
FNR 2- B-Hop lost to Jermain Taylor twice
FNR 3- De La Hoya got de la smacked by Pac Man because he's a moron, Gatti is in the deluxe apartment in the sky and Ward is the only one untouched
FNR 4- Ali is now being viewed in a more negative light while Tyson lost his daughter
They should put Jim Lampley on the cover or Money Mayweather. Because Floyd can sell more games than Pac and as a Pinoy it hurts me to admit it..

Suggestions for more training games on the wishlist huh? People actually want more of those ridiculous things?? Training has always been boring and tedious in Fight Night, why would we want more?
I think in future, training games should be regulated to just sparring. You could have different scenarios based on what you want to work on stats-wise e.g. sparring with the goal to finish off a hurt opponent for a power boost, surviving on low health for a toughness boost etc.
And we should be able to have more control over where we distribute our stat boost points from training, I've never been able to make the type of fighter I want because training games always boost an area I don't want boosted.

I only agree with this....

Options is a wonderful thing, realisticly you should not decrease in certain areas. If you have a solid chin you have a solid chin. if you can punch your punching power shouldn't decrease.

I totally agree with this part. I hate when I am training for speed my power goes down or the opposite. Like Poe said if you got a chin, you got a chin. I am sure when someone like Oliver Mccall was doing road work, his chin never suffered as he was building endurance.

Apologies for entering the fray so late ...
The development team have been in constant contact with members of the community team via email but I'd like to take the time to publicly thank each of you…especially our forum mods…for contributing to the wish list.
I’ve read the doc multiple times and keep a printed copy on my desk which other dev team members borrow and review.
We appreciate your passion for the game and we’re striving to improve and deliver as much of what you’re asking for as possible.
That said, I think everyone should keep in mind it is unlikely we’ll be able to deliver every feature being requested…but we’ll try our best.
For the record…
There is another Fight Night 4 DLC Pack and Title Update coming out that addresses some of the issues brought up in this forum.
I CAN’T give you the exact details and dates yet but the development team has not dropped FN4 and moved on.
Thanks again for your suggestions....keep them coming.
-Mike

Sup Mike, thanks for the update. Nice to hear that you appreciate our feedback and that you guys are taking the time to read our wishlist.
Of course I would like everything in the list to be in the game, but I'm no fool and I realistic I know its near impossible, anyways that's why we gave you guys priority list hopefully you can get all those in. I think that if you guys manage to get 30 % from that list of what we'd like to see the game would be Epic.
As for the DLC and Update I'm real happy to hear about that so will many many more people. I've been out the country for a month without the game & I feel incomplete.

Look who's talking. I think you called it 'playing devil's advocate' when the developers showed up on one of your critical threads recently. You * constantly about the game, then keep asking EA for a job.......... LOL.
Mike is cool, Brizzo is a company PR BS man , as is Sk88z. Just my opinion
