I didn't receive EA Pucks at all when I played today a full tournament! It stays on the same 6 900 pucks that I had before I started the tournament.

WHERE ARE MY PUCKS that I earned with hard work. EA how the hell I can have those back?

Others, have you had this kind of glitches while playing HUT?

I can't even play the mode anymore because I know I can't get pucks!

EA can you please answer me how I can get the pucks back and when I can play the game again? I want to play it but knowing that I don't get EA Pucks and wins counts as a loss.

Are we getting back those pucks or maybe redeeming a codes for card packs? I found out this is not a new glitch and this has happened to many other people as well:

I agree! Im so pissed off! Where are my hard earned pucks!!! and wins counts as losses and ruins my record totally! THANKS EA!

I have the same problem.

About 5 games rewards missing and every one of them recorded as a loss.

This is still happening to me, deleting and reinstalling patch works for a game or two, but then the problem reoccurs. It's an absolute joke. Last EA Sports title I'm ever buying.

This is the 2nd time it has happened to me. They are still investigating the first one. Right now I am on a 10 game streak of not receiving pucks. It really is getting to be out of control and it is disappointing to see that EA hasn't responded to this issue at all. The first time I was able to get out of the glitch was by winning a tournament.

No, it happens at random for me. The fact EA hasn't responded is an insult to me, I bought their crappy season ticket for virtually nothing. The early release was late, HUT doesn't work and 20% off PDLC, oh thanks EA. Bunch of money grabbing bastards. Fix your * game.

I am bumping this because I am in 7 games now and getting nothing. The only online version of the game I find tolerable and its broken.

Just had it happen to me too... 5 games and a tourney win. I thought there was some sort of fix posted by someone, but why the hell it wasn't stickied who knows.

Move your current roster to your trade pile and then move them back. This works. I noticed i lost my captains but it worked

Try completing a NHL moment on rookie to get the reward then go and claim it in HUT after this my problem with this was fixed and I started getting pucks again
