About the details, you can speak with an EA Customer Experience at http://help.origin.com.
1. Click "CONTACT US" at the bottom of this page
2. Input Product as "Origin", Category and Platform
3. Then you can select "CALL ME", "LIVE CHAT" and "EMAIL ME".

Some times, you need to wait a few minutes untill "LIVE CHAT" is available .

You also can get live chat in Origin. After you login Origin, please select "Help" -> "Origin Help". Then click "LIVE CHAT".

I have done this already where I gave the support my credit card number, my cdkey and all my old information before the account was hacked. He said due to my date of birth being wrong he cant do anything further. So i Pmed a support guy on this forum and he said that he would help me and that I just have to make a topic and then send him a pm.

Where is the case ID on the battlefield

O i did the live support last night but I didnt save the case id. I did it threw origin help last night.

I just found my Origin account was hacked too. I managed to reset my email address by going into Medal of Honor Warfighter on the Xbox, going to Battlelog and seeing that the email address was set to "stsellmailor55 (at) mail.com". I logged in with this email address and the password I originally used and changed it back to my email address.

Very annoying. I was unable to find any way to contact Origin from their website and without being able to login to Origin I couldn't even post a question to the forum until now.

I seem to have an extra Origin ID on my account that I don't know where it came from as well. Any idea how to remove these or where they come from?
