I sat here, waiting 20 freaking minutes to play my game, and then when it tried again I GOT PUT BACK INTO THE QUE FOR TWENTY MORE MINUTES.

I switched to the oceanic server and got in, but could not claim any land, or join a game. Or do anything.

Is it really the new norm to not expect to play the game it comes out? Why should anyone bother preordering?

There is absolutely NO POINT in buying these games if they don't work when it comes out. This is ridiculous.

THIS is why you wanted us to pre-order... no refunds, and once word gets out on how bad the server situation is, your sales will TANK. Well, you got me.

2) 20 mins done
3) Wait in 20 min Queue again
4) Finally get in
5) Network error cannot log in
6) Wait in 20 min queue again

Q. Why are the servers so busy, when can I play?

A. A lot of other people are playing. Thank you for your money, we appreciate it. We did not spend any of it on servers because in 2 weeks, no one will want to bother trying to play the game, and so we won't need the capacity then.
