Some users have reported game crashes since installing the 10th November patch on PS3 and Xbox 360. We believe this is caused by mismatched data in Creation Centre content downloaded before installing the patch. To solve this issue, delete this content from your system and then re-download it. Here are the steps to do that:

PS3

In-game UGC File Deletion

[Main Menu] -> [My Fifa 12] -> [ FIFA12 Profile] -> [SAVE/LOAD/DELETE]
- Press the [Cross] button and choose delete
- Choose your UGC file
- Delete the file
- Reboot the game.

PS3 XMB method to delete UGC File

- Proceed to the PS3 XMB
- Use the Left Analog stick to move left/right and choose the controller icon to the far right
- Scroll down to Save Data Utility (PS3)
- Choose your file “FIFA 12 - UGC Data 1 Contains UGC file”
- Press the [Triangle] button and then choose Delete

Xbox 360

In-game UGC File deletion

[Main Menu] -> [My Fifa 12] -> [ FIFA12 Profile] -> [SAVE/LOAD/DELETE]
- Press the [A] button and choose delete
- Choose your UGC file
- Delete the file
- Reboot the game.

Dashboard Method to delete UGC File

- Press the Xbox360 Guide button
- Press the [Y] button to proceed to the Xbox Dashboard
- [My Xbox] -> System Settings -> [Memory] -> [Hard Drive/MU] -> [Games] -> FIFA 12
- Delete UGC file

PC

In-Game

- [Main Menu] -> [My Fifa 12] -> [ FIFA12 Profile] -> [SAVE/LOAD/DELETE]
- Choose the UGC file
- Delete the file
- Reboot the game.

File Explorer

- Open the “My Documents” -> “FIFA 12” folder in File Explorer
- You can manually delete the savefiles from that folder

Not working. I had no Creation Center content in the first place.

I posted my problem previously. I wouldn't be too upset about this but I've been in my Career Mode for 7 years now, everyone is developing nicely, and all of a sudden I can't pass January 5th without the game freezing. It never happened before the patch. Please help me fix this!

I don't have creation centre data, what about the game freezing when i start a career mode with Real Madrid and the first game against Barcelona when they make a sub it crashes every time!!!!!!

Hmm deleting files...U guys sure i wont delete my hard worked for vitual pro?? Cause that will b unacceptable!!

Deleting UG C works, but when you re-download it, eventually it will cause it to crash again...

Even after deleting the file...it is still freezing when I am invited to play a 1v1match and that at the end, we want to play a next match. It freezes.

Please correct this issues quickly because it upsets all fifa community

Some times the words is not enough:

I have no crashes, but strange things happened. After the crash I was able for the FIRST time to download my team created in the Creation Centre, but I got an error message saying the UGC file couldn't be created or something.

Anyway, the team worked for that game session. Next time I played, it was gone and now I can't download anything off the Creation Centre once again. Usual error message "there's been a problem blah blah blah".

I'm on pc, by the way.

the game still freezes as before ( only after patch that is ) .. fix didn't work.
PLZ fix this this problem , Fifa 12 is on hold atm because of this .

I can't even load the game. I get to 'Press Start' loading screen, press start, press A for all the hospitality/online settings, and the it freezes. Any help?!

why am i being disconnected from pro clubs, but yet still connected to EA server i ttake a loss, so help please

it worked for me once, i had my 2 teams i have created, and then they dissapeared when i bookmarked 2 players, and i got the attention * again!! and i did like you said now, and it doesnt work, i rebooted it and everything, i deleted the file, bookmarked my teams again, started the game, and still got the error, please help, have been trying to solve it for 3 hours now! best regards jesper
