You might want to choose a big club while you can. You guys will not get to control every game your player plays, some games will be played for you and your player will make decisions based on your previous decisions. Your career might not pan out the way you want it to. Some of your players might never make it out of the league, so choose wisely if you are not fully confident about your decision making.

Can i be difficult and go Chelsea but get asked to be loaned out to gain experience?
