Need help loading my Fifa 12  XML

Fifa 12 loads up normally and then I get to this Screen



I have selected both Yes and No and the it Freezes and goes on this Screen



It freezes my whole Xbox but if I eject my disc the Xbox unfreezes

HELP!!!!!
