Hi all!

Firstly, thank you for your patience and feedback while we have been investigating the issues you’ve raised since the launch of the game. Your feedback has, as always, been invaluable.

As an update for you, we wanted to let you know that we are actively working on fixes for the following:
- Various crashes reported through our automated systems;
- Micro-pausing in offline and online matches;
- OTP Club issues related to searching, lag during peak and stat reporting;
- Gameplay fixes around positioning and advantage rule;
- Career Mode fixes around stat display and growth;
- Online exploits, Pro Passing in ranked matches, and cheaters punishment;
- Custom Chants issues.

We will update you as soon as we can on progress there. We’re working around the clock to make sure we can address them all, either directly on our game servers or via a game patch – and that’s something we’re aiming to deliver as soon as we possibly can.

UPDATE Oct 12
- Deploying new online code to our TEST servers, that should perform better at peak and allow easier match-making, esp. in Clubs; once we're happy with it, we will deploy to PROD;
- Fixing more online exploits (World/Classic XI);
- Addressing Cup Draw issue in Career Mode;
- Compiling and testing the code for already-fixed issues;
- Working with our partners towards a patch date.

UPDATE Oct 13
- We just deployed the above mentioned code code to our production servers. This will allow for better performance during peak usage and allow for easier match-making, especially in clubs.

UPDATE Oct 15
- More deploys tonight! These should address stat reporting and cup progress, in Clubs;
- We're also adding extra logging to track the lag issue in Club matches.

ANOTHER UPDATE Oct 15
- Most Career Mode changes we're looking at will NOT require you to restart your career. Some, like the improved draw system, will actually work right away!
- And I insist - we are working on offline issues at least as much as we are working on online ones, and we have lots of fixes ready to integrate.

UPDATE Oct 19
- Reporting and Cup progress now seem fine, looking at the past 3 days of Club data on 360;
- Still focusing on tracking the lag issue;
- The patch for PS3 and 360 is looking good, tons of fixes going into it (like micro-pausing on PS3 and Career Mode issues on both platforms);
- We are actively working with our partners towards the patch release date; unfortunately this takes some time, as we need to submit the patch through Microsoft and Sony certification; we'll get the patch out as fast as we can!

UPDATE Oct 25
- Getting closer to the point where we can submit the patch to our first party partners;
- We will communicate on content and release date shortly - first we need to make sure Microsoft and Sony are happy with what's in the patch;
- Of note, I am looking at the leaderboards and, well, some of the top ranked players should expect something to happen to their accounts ASAP... something not nice at all.

UPDATE Oct 28
- That's it, we have the list of fixes. Putting it together, will post it as soon as possible!
- Check the stickies as well; I am posting an explanation of the difference between the FUT 11 update and the FIFA 11 patch.

UPDATE Nov 1
- I have the list for offline fixes, now we're looking at online ones, making sure we captured everything
- We are acknowledging issues with Online Pass on x360, after the Kinect update. If you fail making it past the boot flow, try again, until you succeed. Took me 5 times on my retail console. We are working towards a fix.

So these Pro Club Ranked matches, are people having trouble finding people and having the game start?

All the time it says either "Your opponent has left." or "The connection to your opponent has been lost."

Thnx for the log! Good thing to implement with future patches.

And thnx again for putting the focus on key issues first. I mentioned the substitute bug in a topic and Rutter got the message, but good you guys have priorities.

Not good enough its been 11 days since release. Its pathetic, any other company (apart from Infinity Ward they are just as bad as you) would have this fixed by now. No wait they wouldn't because it wouldn't have happened in the first place because they know how to test games before release. Pathetic.

I agree, the thing that worries me is this game got very high reviews from the different magazines, reviews mean nothing as this game was reviewed full of bugs, the more I have played the more I have found, the custom chants dont even work properly, when commentators speak, audio dips low and when they stop goes high, it sounds awful, always been a fan of Fifa but this game has been rushed in my eyes.
