Ok so i am aware that alot of people are aware of how chemistry works but this is for the ones who does not yet know how it works.

To get a player to 9 individual Chemistry you have to take into account how many links he has to the players around him. To work out where chemistry links go you can just check on the web app. An example of this is IF luiz in the team i have showed here and he needs 6 links (Both CDM's, LM, RM, Both STR's) so therefore he needs 6 points.

This is the how much chemistry each of the different links give you:

Same League Link is 1 chemistry points
Same Nationality Link is 1.5 chemistry points
Same Team Link is 2.5 chemistry points.
Same team and nation is 4 chemistry points
Same league and nation is 2.5 chemistry points

So the highest link you can get the better e.g. in my team luiz has a same country link with lucas and marcelo (3 points) a same nation and league with maicon (2.5 points) and he has a same league link with toure (1 point) which is 6.5 total points which is more than the 6 points needed so he gets 9 chem. These sort of things are useful when making a hybrid as where luiz has the 9 chemistry points from these players 2 players can be anyone else and wont effect his points (picked ibra and alonso)

This is where it can get tricky:

Certain players can still get 9 chem if the player's position or formation is orange but certain ones dont work out which is listed here:

CB's at CDM. LB's/RB's at CB. LF/RF at the position but mid (i mean LF at LM) Im not 100% sure about this one but i think this is the case.

To get a player with ONLY 1 orange boot/formation this is how it works:

all you need to do is get a good x2 the amount of chemistry points usally needed e.g. a STR in my team will usually need 2 points but if i have him in CF not STR he will need 4.

Can a RB/LB get 9 chem as a RM/LM?

In my team maicon is playing RM although he is a RB so a usual RM will only need 3 points but he needs 6 as he has a orange boot. 2.5 + 2.5 from toure and kompany is 5 points + the 1.5 points from luiz so he will get 9 chem even though he is in wrong position but i must convert him to RWB to get the 9 chem!

What do managers do?

Managers do nothing to the players individual chemistry points but they do add +1 chemistry to the overall chemistry aswell as 10 extra chemistry if the manager is gold, extra 5 chemistry if the manager is silver, also a extra 2 chemistry if bronze if in the right formation.

Overall chemistry as far as im aware doesnt do anything to the players in game but it can just get your team to 100 chem. Also nepentheZ has said in one of his videos that if the manager is the same nation as some of the players then them players play better but i have no idea if this is true or not.

What happens if you change anything in game?

The chemistry is locked once you start a game you can change it in game and the chemistry wont go down or up e.g. you can change formation, positions or sub someone on.

Is a same team link therefore 3.5 link points, since they're in the same league?

not to the player. Only to the team's overall chem, which doesn't matter anyway
