how do the staff work please??

i am gettin annoyed with having to keep morale and fitness up by buying cards for them, so i might buy staff to help me with that as well. when it says on a fitness coach '+3% morale', what does that mean??

I have more staff then players in my club...its not worth it.

so whats the best way to keep fitness and morale up?? or am i goin to have to keep buying cards for them??

If you buy say 4x managers each with +3% contracts and put them in your club, you will get a +12% bonus every time you apply a contract to a player. Hope that makes sense : )

Seriously? I thought you can only use one manager at a time...

Yep, I have +50% to contacts at the moment which comes in very handy! You can't have duplicate managers in your club though so you will have to by a bunch of different ones, which can get a bit pricey : (
